Michaela Hunt
I started riding at the age of 13 and at 17 became a working pupil training for the B.H.S Assistant Instructor exam under the tuition of Vikki Macdonald. After gaining the P.T.T I went on to gain further experience working at different riding schools.
At 27 I enrolled at Warwickshire college on to the equine business management course also in this time completing her BHS II teaching and stage 4 care. After successfully passing the course with distinction,
I was also awarded best student equine instructor of that year, and best overall equine college student 1997 to 1998 along with the City and Guilds silver medal for excellence.
The knowledge and experience I have gained over the years has helped me to develop the yard as it is today along with lecturing part time at Warwickshire college for over 6 years.
As well as running Bubbenhall Bridge I’m involved with Onley Grounds Equestrian Complex in many different areas from horse welfare officer to assisting with events run at the centre.
